The Council on Environmental Quality Announces

The Eastern Regional NEPA Roundtable in Conshohocken, PA

The Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) will hold a series of regional expert roundtables to discuss "The Task Force Report to the Council on Environmental Quality - Modernizing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Implementation." The Report's recommendations to CEQ are designed to improve federal agency decision-making by making the NEPA process more effective, efficient and timely.

The Eastern Regional NEPA Roundtable will be held on November 13-14, at the Southeast Regional Office of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Lee Park (Suite 6010), 555 North Lane, Conshohocken, PA, near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The November 13 session will begin at 9 a.m., and interested members of the public will have an opportunity to present their views at 3:30 p.m. following the roundtable discussion. The session will conclude after the public's views have been presented. The November 14 session will begin at 9 a.m., and members of the public will have an opportunity to present their views at 11 a.m. following the roundtable discussion.
